Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute enterprise-wide leadership development strategies that align with business objectives and organizational growth.
  • Design and deliver scalable leadership programs for managers and senior leaders across multiple career stages.
  • Partner with executive stakeholders, People teams, and business leaders to identify leadership capability needs and implement targeted development initiatives.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools, innovative learning methodologies, and modern leadership practices into development programs.
  • Establish frameworks to measure program effectiveness, leadership growth, engagement, and business impact using data-driven insights.
  • Lead cross-functional projects that strengthen leadership culture, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging leadership trends and learning technologies to enhance program quality and organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience leading leadership development, talent development, or organizational development initiatives within complex organizations.
  • Proven success designing and implementing enterprise-level leadership programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong expertise in adult learning principles, leadership frameworks, coaching methodologies, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and modern learning technologies to enhance learning experiences and operational efficiency.
  • Exceptional program management and strategic planning skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience using data to evaluate program performance and inform continuous improvement.
  • Outstanding communication, facilitation, and executive influencing skills.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships across all organizational levels while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
