Principal Labor Relations Consultant - Full time, Day, Onsite
About the role
The Principal LRC will partner with field HR and the assigned attorney to provide subject matter expertise and strategic guidance on contract negotiations, contract administration, and strike planning. They will serve as a strategic thought partner on business initiative implementation in highly complex labor environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise and strategic guidance on contract negotiations, contract administration, and strike planning.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner on business initiative implementation in highly complex labor environments.
Requirements
- 8 years progressively responsible exempt-level HR experience serving as an HR Business Partner, HR Consultant, Labor Relations Consultant, or other related experience.
- Consulting experience.
- Multi-site/location, multi-line of business, and/or integrated health system experience.
- Demonstrates advanced experience in labor relations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- SPHR, PHR certificate upon hire.
Skills
- Advanced labor relations experience.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay
The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. The base pay range is $63.50 - $100.26.
