  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to gather requirements, define solution options, and implement scalable, fit-to-standard solutions.

  • Own end-to-end delivery for APS initiatives including scope, timeline, resources, budget, vendor management, and risk mitigation.

  • Drive best practices for change management, process transformation and testing (E2E scenarios, UAT, BOAT), including readiness assessments and cutover planning.

  • Define and maintain security roles and data governance for planning master data (locations, products, BOMs, routings, resources, lead times).

  • Develop and deliver training and enablement for super users and end users; champion adoption and continuous improvement.

  • Establish KPIs and dashboards for plan quality, bias, forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory turns, and schedule adherence; use insights to drive improvements.

  • Oversee business continuity and disaster recovery plans for APS and dependent integrations.

  • Certification and/or experience with project and service management (e.g., PMP, ITIL, SAFe, Six Sigma) and agile delivery practices.

  • Hands-on experience integrating planning with manufacturing execution and analytics; familiarity with data modeling and master data stewardship.

  • Ability to simplify complex planning concepts and communicate effectively with executives and operations teams.
