Principal Implementation Consultant

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Principal Implementation Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to deliver products and services
• Create actionable product requirements with cross-functional teams
• Engage with customers to enhance satisfaction and expand relationships
• Act as a subject matter expert for revenue management and audit-readiness
• Ensure successful software delivery through implementation and training
• Interpret public-sector reporting standards for airport finance teams
• Provide support for financial reporting inquiries

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business management, or a related field
• Active CPA license (or actively being pursued)
• 5-7 years' experience in a client-facing delivery role
• Strong technical accounting knowledge in U.S. GAAP
• Fluency in accrual accounting for enterprise-type entities
• Experience in compiling or reviewing financial statements
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with major ERP systems

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
