Principal Implementation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead client implementation initiatives in collaboration with the project manager
• Develop and manage implementation scope and project plans
• Provide functional and technical guidance on process solutions
• Create user workflow specifications and prioritize technical needs
• Understand the technical aspects of analytics solutions
• Implement and enhance product deployments for better user experience
• Identify growth strategies and uncover additional client opportunities

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with analytics tools
• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong understanding of analytics and performance solutions
• Excellent technical expertise, especially in complex screening codes
• Industry certifications such as CFA, CIPM, CAPM, FRM, or MBA preferred
• Detail-oriented with a broad perspective
• Proactive and ownership-driven attitude
• Willingness to travel

Pay

$140,000 – $175,000 annually
