Principal GTM Systems Architect

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Principal GTM Systems Architect to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will shape the architecture behind the company’s go-to-market systems, with a strong focus on Salesforce and connected business platforms. The ideal candidate will design scalable technical solutions that support AI-driven workflows, enterprise integrations, and data models that improve customer scoring and operational insight. This position will partner closely with GTM leadership and technical teams to translate business goals into a durable, high-performing systems strategy.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise architecture for go-to-market systems and AI workflows
• Architect and oversee advanced Salesforce solutions using platform capabilities
• Drive scalable system design following best practices
• Own integration strategy across the GTM tech stack using various tools
• Leverage AI development tools for prototyping and building solutions
• Design enterprise data models for advanced customer scoring
• Collaborate with GTM leadership to align business goals with technical designs
• Mentor GTM engineers on best practices for technical processes

Qualifications

• 7+ years in GTM Engineering or Business Systems Architecture
• Expert hands-on experience with Salesforce architecture
• Proven track record leading multi-platform technical projects
• Deep expertise in object-oriented programming, including Apex, Python, and JavaScript
• Extensive experience with enterprise integrations using Workato and APIs
• Experience designing advanced AI solutions
• Strong strategic problem-solving and technical communication skills

Pay

$200,000 – $220,000 annually
