About the Opportunity:The GTM Systems Architect role focuses on optimizing and scaling Salesforce systems to support multiple cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, Legal, Product, and Finance. This position is critical in driving operational excellence through business analysis, systems expertise, and data stewardship, while serving as a trusted advisor on CRM automation and process design. 3. Responsibilities:Serve as Salesforce subject matter expert for operational and process inquiries across teamsTriage complex process issues, identify root causes, and recommend scalable solutionsCollaborate with stakeholders to refine workflows based on evolving business needsLead User Acceptance Testing for Salesforce updates and changesEnsure solutions meet functional requirements before releaseManage the Salesforce Partner Ecosystem, focusing on partner onboarding, engagement tracking, and revenue attributionPromote Salesforce adoption and optimize user experienceMaintain documentation of Salesforce configurations 4. Requirements:7+ years as a Salesforce Systems Administrator with experience in Partner Ecosystem Management and supporting Sales or Revenue organizationsStrong knowledge of Salesforce platform features including custom apps, objects, flows, and reportingProficient in Salesforce documentation and communication at all organizational levelsExperience with data management, including SQL/SOQL and advanced reportingAbility to manage multiple projects independently Preferred qualifications:Familiarity with SaaS Go-To-Market modelsExperience in SCRUM or agile environmentsSalesforce certificationsKnowledge of Salesforce Revenue Cloud 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:Annual Base Salary Range: $140,000—$245,000 USDThe compensation package includes equity, health, dental, and vision coverage; retirement benefits with company contributions; parental leave; mental health and wellness benefits; paid time off; and additional incentives subject to plan terms. 6.
