This role involves setting and executing the channel strategy, leading product development, and managing cross-functional GTM planning.
About the Role
This role is responsible for overseeing the development of value propositions and selling stories for new products, diagnosing channel performance, and building trusted relationships with partner and platform stakeholders. It requires strong financial acumen, data visualization skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development of value propositions and selling stories for new products
- Deploy strategic initiatives, including creating briefs and driving execution across teams
- Determine optimal audience segmentation and align with business priorities
- Analyze competitor behavior to identify opportunities to optimize GTM strategy and execution
- Build trusted relationships with partner and platform stakeholders
- Drive prioritization, alignment, and accountability across cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Manage the operating cadence, scorecards, KPIs, and business reviews to drive team deliverables
- Comply with health and safety guidelines and maintain Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in sales, consulting, product management, or marketing
- Data visualization experience with Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud
- Strong financial acumen and ability to manage to a forecast with risks and opportunities
- Demonstrated bias to action and ability for fast-paced, data-driven decision-making
- Ability to drive prioritization, alignment, and accountability across cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Strong communication skills, especially for executive-level communication
Qualifications
- Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; 7+ years of relevant experience
- Prior experience within the Consumer/Durable Goods industry and with IoT products is preferred
- Experience with P&L ownership is desirable
Benefits
The pay range for this position is $129,700.00 - $209,200.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, a comprehensive benefits package and 401(k) contribution are offered. This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
