Principal Financial Analyst, FP&A (P3) *HYBRID*

This is an opportunity to join the Land & Air Defense Systems (LADS) Mission Area supporting Global Patriot as a Principal Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). In this role, you will work closely with the Middle East and Asia Pacific (MAP) FP&A Manager through the entire forecasting cadence as well as regional & functional finance leaders. This role offers high visibility during various monthly & quarterly reviews to LADS Leadership and Regional Program Area & Functional Leadership Teams.
This role is hybrid (onsite & remote). The preferred candidate will be located within a commutable distance to Tewksbury, MA. Relocation assistance is not offered.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy & completeness of data
- Support the organization through various weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual routines including:
- Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
- Long Range Plan (LRP)
- Investment Planning
- Monthly Operation Reviews
- Monthly Forecast Reviews
- Balance Sheet Reviews
- Analyze large amounts of data from various sources in support of various requests
- Support frequent ad-hoc requests
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or related discipline and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and a minimum of 3 years of applicable experience
- Experience with APEX, RPlan, or a similar toolset
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements
Qualifications We Prefer
- Financial Planning & Analysis experience
- Ability to meet critical deadlines while multitasking and managing workload requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate with various functions and levels of management
- Strong attention to detail & ability to analyze complex financial scenarios
- Experience with large, complex programs
- Experience interfacing with various functional disciplines
Pay
The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
