Principal Financial Analyst, FP&A (Hybrid)

Job Description Job Description AMS Finance is looking for a highly motivated individual to support the FAST Labs Microelectronics Product Line. This challenging and fast-paced role is responsible for the planning, forecasting and execution of the evolving commercial business within the Microelectronics Product Line. This role will be focused on developing financial planning and modeling to enable the Product Line to deliver on its commitment to the business. Responsibilities Include Provide primary finance support to the Microelectronics Commercial program area:Lead the development and execution of the commercial demand forecastingDevelop and implement financial strategies that support the Commercial modelAssist in development of pricing strategy, Commercial Item Determination packages, and pricing catalogues for FAR part 12 commercial product offeringsCollaborate with other financial disciplines as required (Accounting, Government Compliance, Pricing)Collaborate with internal customers and manufacturing partners across the enterprise to ensure alignment of overlapping financial plansMonitor and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial performance against forecast and plan and provide insights to senior leadershipPromote the professional development of the finance team; drive and sustain a high level of collaboration and continuous improvement mindset amongst the team Required Education, Experience, & Skills Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline and 4 years work experience or equivalent experienceExperience with Financial Planning and ForecastingCapable of efficient and relevant decision-makingAnalytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office tools, in particular, ExcelEffective communications skillsAbility to work with cross-functional teamsAbility to communicate and present financial data to various functions and varying levels of ManagementAbility to develop solutions to complex problems using ingenuity & innovation Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, ProPricer, and CobraAbility to challenge and improve knowledge of industry practices and standards as well as company policiesAbility to develop and maintain professional and effective relationships with internal and external customersExperience with Power BI Query Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $101398 - $172377 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
