About the role
The Manufacturing Operations Finance Organization at RTX is seeking a Principal Finance Analyst to support Factories in Tucson, AZ. The role involves executing KPI deliverables and driving collaboration with the broader finance and business operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Support Factories in executing weekly/monthly/quarterly KPI deliverables including Touch and Support manpower, HPU performance, Overhead budget expenditures, etc.
- Construct and execute change management protocols to generate value for the Factory Operations Leadership Team through critical analysis.
- Prioritize tasks in a dynamic, geographically dispersed, and deadline-driven environment.
- Drive collaboration with the broader value stream finance and business operations finance team.
Qualifications
- A University Degree or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with minimum 3 years experience.
- Experience with SAP / PRISM / BW (AO Queries).
- Experience using other Microsoft Office tools (including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects, and tactics within one work area.
- Broad knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization.

Pay and Benefits
The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit and whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
