At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable, and more connected world.

About the role

TE Connectivity is a global technology leader that designs and manufactures connectivity and sensor solutions, serving industries that are transforming the future. The Channel Business Unit (CBU) manages TE's global distribution network and plays a critical role in driving growth, enhancing customer experience, and enabling commercial excellence across more than 300 distributor partners worldwide. The Channel BU brings together Sales Enablement, Marketing, Digital, PMO, and Data & Analytics functions to accelerate revenue growth, improve customer and distributor experiences, and drive operational excellence across the Channel ecosystem.

Within the CBU, the Digital team applies product management to lead end-to-end business transformation. The team works across functions to redesign commercial capabilities and operating models, using process improvement, technology, automation, data, and AI to deliver measurable business outcomes.

The Principal Digital Product Manager is an end-to-end business transformation owner responsible for defining and delivering measurable outcomes through strong product management, AI, change management, process reengineering, and disciplined execution. This role will initially lead a strategic portfolio focused on transforming sales effectiveness and may expand to related Solution Center capabilities as commercial work and customer interactions evolve across teams. The role will also provide product leadership for the business use cases, experience requirements, and roadmap priorities that depend on Channel APIs and commercial data, partnering with Data & Analytics, TEIS, architects, security, and data-governance owners on technical design, standards, integration, and governance.

The Principal Digital Product Manager works backwards from customer, associate, and business needs to define the desired future state and the path required to reach it. They own the outcomes across both near-term and long-term horizons: simplifying, standardizing, automating, deprioritizing, or eliminating work where needed today, while simultaneously designing digitally native, connected, and scalable future-state capabilities. AI is inherent in both how this person works and the solutions they design.

  • Leverage AI to accelerate research, analysis, solution design, experimentation, and decision-making.
  • Build and validate prototypes, workflows, and proofs of concept using AI-enabled tools.
  • Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and their impact on customer experiences, operations, and delivery models.
  • Ensure solutions deliver measurable business value while meeting security, compliance, and governance standards.
