As a Principal, you are a strategic product leader responsible for a major product line, platform capability, or customer lifecycle segment. You drive multi-team initiatives, shape long-term product vision, and represent product at the executive level. You elevate product thinking across the organization and ensure delivery aligns with business impact. Essential Functions Define and drive strategy for a product group or portfolio with multiple dependenciesLead strategic planning and prioritization in partnership with senior product, engineering, and commercial leadersGuide the work of multiple product teams, ensuring cohesion, clarity, and accountabilityDeeply understand customer journeys and market dynamics to inform platform evolutionTrack and report business outcomes, adoption metrics, and financial performanceCoach PMs across teams and help shape the organization's product management disciplineRepresent your product group in steering committees, exec reviews, and roadmap alignment forums Minimum Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum Experience 5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field.
