Responsibilities
- Provide strategic oversight to help define and communicate the product vision and strategy for Marketing Platforms, including Marketo and Salesforce, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that the most valuable features and enhancements are delivered.
- Collaborate with senior management stakeholders across Waters to set a short- and long-term strategic vision that will evolve and optimize both the platform and business processes supported by the platform.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Commercial Excellence, Marketing, Sales, and IT, to ensure that our marketing capabilities meet the needs of the business and deliver maximum value.
- Utilize measurable KPI's to monitor and analyze the performance of Salesforce solutions, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Lead agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Realize vision and communicate requirements to scrum team by translating into actionable user stories, prioritization and product value metrics.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in CRM or Marketing Automation platforms, preferably Salesforce, Marketo or similar solutions
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Marketing Operations or Marketing Technology roles
- Preferred: Salesforce Administrator Certification, SAFe Agile/Scrum Product Owner certification or equivalent experience
- Required: Familiarity with Agile process management tools such as JIRA
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar field
