Principal Client Partner, Central (Texas)

This role will shape brand and customer engagement initiatives that strengthen market presence and business impact. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas through proactive outreach
• Identify new business opportunities with media buying agencies and direct clients
• Craft tailored marketing programs leveraging Nativo's platform for clients
• Generate client engagement through outreach, calls, and presentations
• Lead strategic conversations to create impactful campaigns
• Respond to RFPs and collaborate on proposals and media plans
• Represent the company at industry events to promote our value

Qualifications

• 7+ years of digital media or advertising sales experience
• Proven track record selling to brands and agencies, including managed and programmatic deals
• Familiarity with brand storytelling and digital advertising technologies
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and Salesforce

Pay

$132,000 – $175,000 annually

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
