Join our dynamic team of professionals dedicated to delivering sustainable solutions for a better future. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our growing team as a Project Manager.
Responsibilities
- Lead project teams in the execution of projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Manage project scope, budget, and schedule, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met, including architects, engineers, and clients.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, conducting regular audits and reporting on project status.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, maintaining open lines of dialogue and addressing issues promptly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Project and Excel.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Professional certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP).
- Experience with project management software such as Primavera or MS Project.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices and green building principles.

$80,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
