Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative green building designs that meet energy efficiency standards.

• Manage project budgets and schedules while ensuring compliance with local regulations and client requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in sustainable design.
• Proficiency in LEED certification and other green building rating systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of sustainable materials and construction methods.
• Experience with sustainable urban planning and green infrastructure.
• Knowledge of international sustainability standards and certifications.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

$80,000 - $100,000 annually based on experience.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
