About the Role
Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world's leading international law firms, is seeking to hire a highly-qualified junior to midlevel associate with one to five years of large law firm experience and excellent academic credentials to join the Corporate - Capital Markets and Public Companies practice in our Princeton office.
Responsibilities
- Advise publicly traded companies with respect to federal securities laws
- Handle public and private securities offerings
- Manage stock exchange listings and compliance
- Address general corporate governance matters
Qualifications
- One to five years of large law firm experience
- Excellent academic credentials
- Active bar membership required
Preferred Experience
- Experience with venture finance transactions
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions
Pay
For positions in NJ, the salary wage range for this job posting is $225,000 to $435,000. The base salary or hourly wage range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors.
