About the role
Prime Air is seeking an experienced Senior Repair Technician to maintain and service drones at the commercial operation location. This role involves driving maintenance activities, verifying regulatory compliance, managing spare parts, and training and mentoring other technicians.
Responsibilities
- Drive time-based and condition-based maintenance activities
- Own fleet performance metrics
- Verify adherence to FAA regulations and Prime Air directives and processes
- Manage fleet spare parts and inventory
- Train and mentor other Repair Technicians
- Assign shift roster and oversee Repair Technicians
- Demonstrate proactive safety mindset in ambiguous situations
- Follow detailed instructions outlined in technical manuals
Requirements
- 2+ years of mechanical and electrical integration or assembly experience
- Experience guiding, training, and mentoring others
- Experience with common business applications and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Ability to carry/lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach
- Travel up to 25%

Pay
The starting pay for this position is listed below, including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift selected. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
Schedule
This role requires flexibility to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays. This role also requires travel, up to 25% of the time.
