Primary Care - Southview Internal Medicine - Assistant Nurse Manager

Responsibilities

• Supports standards of care and provides consultation and expertise in the delivery of patient care.
• Serves as a resource and consults as requested.
• Communicates effectively within the unit and service.
• Participates in community and professional organizations.
• Provides expert patient care.
• May have responsibilities at the unit, program or service level and may assume an expanded role as assigned by leadership.
• Supports current leadership in the operational oversight of the clinic.
• Implements/maintains department initiatives.
• Delivers clinical care.
• Maintains standards of practice.
• Evaluates current and assists in creating new policies.
• Shares clinical oversight of Ambulatory Technicians, LPNs, and RNs.
• Models customer service excellence.
• Holds excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
• 3 years of Nursing experience in an acute care setting preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay

• Compensation Range: $93,600.00 - $126,360.00
