Advanced Practice Provider within the Healthcare & Medical Services department.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality primary and urgent care in a patient-centered, team-based environment.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.
• Prescribe medications and educate patients on prevention and wellness.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, physicians, and care teams to coordinate care and improve health outcomes.
