Primary Care Physician (Full-Time / Part-Time)

About the role

Provide patient-centered, population health-driven care within a collaborative, team-based environment. Support includes access to experienced clinical teams, efficient workflows, and leadership committed to quality care and work-life balance. Practice with flexible scheduling, utilizing Epic EMR with ambient listening technology to reduce documentation burden. Participate in medical education opportunities with students, residents, and fellows.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care services to diverse patient populations
• Collaborate with a collegial team of over 60 primary care providers
• Utilize established referral networks within the group and community
• Contribute to a patient-centered care model focused on outcomes and population health
• Engage in medical education activities as appropriate

Qualifications & Skills

• Medical degree with board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to quality care and patient engagement
• Ability to adapt to a technology-driven practice environment
