Primary Care Physician (Full-Time)

The position is for a full-time, outpatient Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician in a community-based clinic, serving a veteran population within an integrated healthcare network. As a primary care provider, you will work independently within an interdisciplinary team that includes a PCP, RN, LPN, and Medical Support Assistant, managing a panel of approximately 900 patients. Your duties involve diagnosing, treating, and managing both acute and chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, COPD, depression, and heart failure. Candidates must be board certified or eligible in Family Practice or Internal Medicine, possess current medical licensure, and demonstrate leadership, administrative skills, and a commitment to staff education and professional development.
