Geriatric Primary Care Provider (Full-Time/Part-Time)

Role Overview: A Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is sought to join a Geriatric Primary Care team. This outpatient position offers a Monday-Friday schedule with minimal call, no holidays or weekends, and dedicated support staff. The role involves providing comprehensive primary care services to geriatric patients, utilizing EPIC EMR with DAX Copilot for documentation, and supporting work-life balance.
