Primary Care Provider

About the Role

As a Concierge Primary Care Provider you will serve as a trusted healthcare partner to patients, delivering comprehensive primary and acute care with a strong emphasis on prevention, early intervention, and continuity. This is a full‑time, in‑person position in New York City with a high‑touch, low‑volume patient schedule.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (daytime hours only; no evenings or weekends).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary and acute care.
• Conduct annual physicals, preventive visits, screenings, and health assessments.
• Diagnose and manage common acute and chronic conditions.
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic testing.
• Prescribe medications within applicable regulations.
• Emphasize prevention, lifestyle modification, and long‑term health.
• Coordinate referrals and follow‑up with specialists.
• Collaborate with medical, musculoskeletal, and mental health professionals.
• Deliver a highly personalized, concierge‑level patient experience.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• Current New York State license as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP).
• 5–10+ years of primary care, internal medicine, family medicine, or related clinical experience (preferred).
• Strong clinical judgment across a broad range of primary and acute care needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, collaborative, and service‑oriented approach.
• Experience in concierge medicine, executive health, corporate health, preventive medicine, or multidisciplinary care is preferred.

Compensation

$130,000–$200,000 annually, commensurate with degree, licensure, experience, and qualifications.
