Primary Care Physician

About the role

Join a collaborative team of 6 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers in a rural critical access hospital in Nebraska. The position offers a 4-day workweek with Monday–Friday clinic hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., including morning hospital rounds followed by patient consultations. Daily patient volume is 16–20 adults and geriatrics, with opportunities to expand into pediatrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to adults and geriatrics, with potential expansion into pediatrics
• Perform office-based procedures
• Conduct morning hospital rounds
• Participate in call duties once per weekday and one weekend per month, within 30 minutes of the hospital

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Community-oriented with an interest in a long-term commitment
