Primary Care Physician (Summer 2027)
Locations: Spring Hill, FL; Hudson, FL; Additional clinics in the Greater Tampa Bay area.
About the Role
You’ll care for a patient panel capped at approximately 500 Medicare Advantage patients, allowing you to build meaningful relationships. Physicians typically see 10‑12 patients per day with 30‑45 minute appointments focused on prevention, chronic disease management, and improving long‑term health outcomes. Administrative burden is reduced by dedicated coders who complete pre‑charting and post‑visit coding reviews, and experienced medical assistants who support care coordination and administrative work. Clinic hours are Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM, with appointments generally scheduled from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM, leaving dedicated time each day for care coordination, same‑day patient needs, and team collaboration.
