Practices feature smaller panel sizes, no billing or coding, and a team‑based model supported by proprietary technology. Responsibilities

• Provide best‑in‑class comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting.
• Partner with the care team and leverage One Medical Seniors coaching and integrated behavioral health models to engage geriatric patients and drive behavior change.
• Utilize the proprietary Electronic Health Record to plan care for individual patients and maximize population impact.
• Work in a state‑of‑the‑art practice setting designed for team‑based practice.
• Participate in weekly protected time during the workday for team building and shared discussion of challenging cases with fellow One Medical Senior providers.
• Obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in other states as needed.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of primary care experience.
• Currently licensed or able to obtain licensure in North Carolina.
• Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively one‑on‑one and in groups.
• Comfort thriving in a fast‑growing, mission‑driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes.

Location

This role is based at the Pineville office in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Pay

Base salary range: $240,900 – $288,000 per year (full‑time schedule). Final starting pay may vary based on practice experience and patient care schedule; additional pay may be offered for candidates who exceed the specified qualifications.
