About the Role
Comprehensive outpatient primary care for a diverse adult patient population in Southeast Los Angeles. Proactively address HEDIS and STARs measures to improve health plan quality ratings. High-risk patient huddles and care coordination with clinical and support teams. Clinical oversight and mentorship of NPs and PAs in the clinic. Collaborate with clinic leadership on productivity, efficiency, and performance metrics.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree; board certified—or board eligible, must certify within 12 months
- Current, unrestricted CA medical license and valid DEA number
- STARs, HEDIS, or Medicare Advantage quality experience a strong plus
- TB test required (CareMore Health business unit requirement)

Pay
$274,780–$412,169 base salary (premium for the SE Los Angeles market)
