About the role

Atlantic Health is seeking a Primary Care Physician specializing in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine to join Atlantic Medical Group Primary Care at Rockaway. This role is ideal for an experienced or new graduate physician looking to contribute to a growing, supportive practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care
• Participate in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives
• Engage in professional development activities to enhance patient care

Requirements

• Board certified/board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of New Jersey
• Experience in primary care is preferred but not required

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Passing scores on the USMLE or COMLEX exams

• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

$235,000 - $275,000 base salary only; excludes any quality and/or productivity incentives
