Role: Primary Care Physician Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive adult primary care through in-person and virtual visits.Manage a patient panel with longer, same- or next-day appointments.Focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and overall wellness.Collaborate with nurses, MAs, and cross-functional teams in a patient-first, team-based environment.Utilize data, digital tools, and human-centered design to enhance care quality. Qualifications & Skills Medical degree with licensing and certification for primary care practice.Strong communication and empathetic patient interaction skills.Experience in managing chronic conditions and preventive care.Proficiency with digital health tools and technology-driven platforms.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative healthcare setting.
