Primary Care Physician

About the role

A healthcare organization in New Hampshire is actively seeking a licensed Physician to join their growing Primary Care team in Hanover, focusing on serving adults and providing comprehensive care. The position is in an outpatient setting serving an adult patient population.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a range of patient needs
• Conducting acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office and via telehealth
• Collaborating with clinical teams
• Supervising NP or PA colleagues
• Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or completed an Internal or Family Medicine residency
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in outpatient primary care
• Board Certified or Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine
• License to practice medicine in the State of New Hampshire
• High proficiency in evidence-based primary care
• Effective technology use in healthcare delivery
• Strong communication skills
• Completed Residency in the relevant field (desired)
• Board certification (desired)
• Experience in Primary Care setting (desired)

Schedule

• 4 shifts per week
• 32 hours of patient care per week
