Primary Care Physician
About the role
ReGenesis Health Care is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care at our Bell Hill location. The physician will care for patients across the lifespan and provide preventive, acute, and chronic disease management within a collaborative Federally Qualified Health Center environment. This role is ideal for a physician who values continuity of care, enjoys broad-spectrum family medicine, and is committed to improving access and health outcomes for diverse and underserved populations.
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive family medicine and primary care
- Preventive care and health maintenance
- Management of common acute illnesses
- Chronic disease management, including diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and cardiovascular disease
- Care across the lifespan
- Office-based procedures
- Care of medically and socially complex patients
- Team-based and interdisciplinary care
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine physician who is comfortable managing a broad range of primary care needs and values developing long-term relationships with patients and families. Experience working in an FQHC, community health center, or with underserved populations is preferred.
