Primary Care Physician

Position: Primary Care Physician in a rural critical access hospital, focusing on family medicine or internal medicine. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive outpatient care with 16–20 patients daily, perform office-based procedures, conduct morning hospital rounds, and participate in a 4-day workweek with 10-hour shifts. Handle call duties once a weekday and once a weekend per month, staying within 30 minutes of the hospital. Qualifications: Board-certified or eligible in family medicine or internal medicine; community-oriented with a commitment to long-term roots. Preference for candidates with a focus on patient-centered care. Compensation & Benefits: Potential earnings up to $500,000, with an $80,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, student loan repayment, health/vision/dental insurance, CME allowance, 28 days PTO, retirement plan with employer match, and malpractice coverage with tail.
