Primary Care Physician

LCH Health and Community Services (LCH) is a Federally Qualified Health Center serving southern Chester County, PA. Our mission is to improve patient health and wellbeing through innovative, high-quality, whole-person care in a bilingual and bicultural environment.

About the role

We're seeking a Physician to provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan. You'll work alongside a collaborative team of providers, nurses, behavioral health professionals, and medical assistants to deliver exceptional patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive, acute, and chronic care management for patients of all ages.
• Deliver same-day and urgent care services as needed.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and review labs, diagnostics, and consults.
• Support quality improvement and community health initiatives.

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania medical license required.
• DEA license and current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine preferred.
• Community health experience and bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
