Primary Care Physician

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Primary Care Physician to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care in an on-site setting, with a focus on continuity, follow-up, and positive health outcomes. The physician will work closely with a physician-led medical group and contribute to administrative responsibilities within allocated time while supporting equitable care delivery. The position is based in a diverse clinical environment where collaboration and service excellence are central to the patient experience. Location: Buffalo Grove, IL - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in a full-time capacity
• Manage patient interactions and follow-up for health outcomes
• Participate in administrative duties within allocated time
• Collaborate with a physician-led medical group
• Ensure equitable health care delivery in a diverse setting

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine with Illinois license
• Board certified or eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
• Graduate of an accredited and recognized medical school
• Current CPR and specialty-specific ACLS, ATLS, or PALS certifications

Pay

$222,369 – $356,709 annually
