Primary Care Physician

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Primary Care Physician to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will support clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a healthcare environment.

Location

Smyrna, DE – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation

$255,000 – $298,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Report to the Associate Medical Director for the TN market
• Work fully onsite in Smyrna, TN
• Deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Diagnose and manage moderately to complex medical conditions
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists
• Participate in clinical quality improvement programs

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice
• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
• 2 years' experience managing high-acuity geriatric patients
• Commitment to improving patient experience and outcomes
• Supervise Advanced Practice Providers (NPs)
