Primary Care Physician

About the role

We are seeking a high-impact physician to join our growing community health clinic in the Bronx. The ideal candidate will have long-term leadership growth potential and be passionate about serving vulnerable populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting
• Care for a mission-driven, high-need patient population
• Collaborate with behavioral health, substance use, and case management teams
• Contribute to quality initiatives and improved patient outcomes
• Help refine clinical workflows and care delivery models as the clinic expands

Requirements

• MD or DO, licensed or eligible for licensure in New York
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Experience in Community Health, FQHC, or Underserved Populations preferred

Pay

$220,000 - $265,000 per year
