About the role
Primary Care Physician responsible for delivering equitable, value-based healthcare to Medicare patients in neighborhood clinics. Operates within a team-supported environment to focus on quality care, preventive medicine, and positive patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients
- Oversee and administer primary care services
- Prescribe medications and manage treatments
- Maintain electronic medical records using Canopy and Greenway
- Collaborate with leadership to meet health quality goals
- Work with Practice Managers to guide care teams
- Perform additional duties as needed
Qualifications
- MD or DO graduate with Board Certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active, unrestricted medical license and DEA registration
- US work authorization

- Preferred: Experience with older populations

Pay
Compensation ranges from $174,070 to $374,920, depending on experience and location.
