Primary Care Physician
About the Role
The Senior Primary Care Physician serves as a health-care professional capable of handling a variety of health-related problems. This full-time position is based at our CenterWell Montclaire office and reports to the Associate Medical Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Focus on senior outpatient medicine, continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention
- Maintain medical history and medical records
- Refer patients to specialists as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 or more years of technical experience
- Licensure requirements of the state of North Carolina
- Graduate of accredited MD or DO program of accredited university
- Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine (Internal Medicine specialty preferred)
- Must be willing to participate in limited on-call coverage by phone
- This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana/Senior Bridge's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program; if selected, you will be required to be screened for TB
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Pay
$255,000 - $298,500 per year, based on geographic location and individual factors such as job-related skills, knowledge, experience, education, and certifications. This position is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
