About the role

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with two other providers
- Utilize Athena EMR for documentation and patient management
Support and resources
Hospital and administrative support are available to facilitate patient care and practice operations.
Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible in internal medicine or family medicine
