Primary Care Physician

Role: Primary Care Physician providing comprehensive outpatient care for adult and geriatric patients. Responsibilities: Deliver preventative, chronic, and acute care; coordinate with specialists; utilize evidence-based guidelines to enhance health outcomes. Conduct patient evaluations, develop care plans, document in the EMR, and participate in quality and safety initiatives. Engage in teaching opportunities and contribute to call duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills: Strong clinical expertise in primary care, excellent communication skills, ability to work within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team, and commitment to patient-centered care. Knowledge of EMR systems and quality improvement practices is essential.
