Position Highlights
- $280,000 base salary
- Flexible 4 × 10 schedule (32 patient‑facing hours per week)
- No after‑hours call
- Approximately 16 patients per day
- 6 weeks of PTO
- 40 hours CME + $5,000 allowance

Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Eligible for Virginia medical licensure
- Rural healthcare experience preferred but not required
- Interest in community‑based primary care and serving a rural patient population
