Primary Care NP Float

Function

• Outpatient Float Pool Nurse Practitioner (APRN) role
• Provides coverage for Walk-In Centers and Primary Care practices
• Primarily based in Stamford, with coverage also in Greenwich, Darien, Norwalk, and Wilton locations as needed
• Manages and coordinates care for patients ages 14 and older
• Handles patient triage, including phone calls and clinical needs
• Full-time position averaging 40 hours per week
• Variable schedule with 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts, including up to three weekend shifts per month

Requirements

• Must be an experienced NP, either FNP or ANP
