NP Primary Care Float
Job Function
Outpatient Float Pool FNP or ANP role
Provides coverage for Walk-In Centers and Primary Care practices
Located in Southern Fairfield County
Manages and coordinates care for patients ages 14 and older
Handles patient triage, including phone calls and clinical needs
Full-time position averaging 40 hours per week
Variable schedule with 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts, including up to three weekend shifts per month
Job Requirements
- Must be BC.
- Need a CT license.
- FNP or ANP with 1+ years of exp.
