About the role

Join our comprehensive primary care practices in Erie and surrounding locations. Practice in an environment that prioritizes high-quality patient outcomes, preventive care, and whole-person wellness.

Responsibilities

• Practice in a team-based model with access to Integrated Behavioral Health Consultants, Clinical Pharmacist, Registered Dietician, Social Worker, Health Coaches, IT infrastructure, and AI.
• Optimize patient care with Epic integrated in office, hospital, Express and Virtual Urgent Care.
• Generate and close notes in minutes using Ambient Clinical Intelligence, minimizing after-hours work.
• Bill for appropriate MyChart encounters and participate in call group coverage to minimize annual days on call.
• Built on panel and quality management, not RVUs compensation plan.

Requirements

• Must be board eligible/certified.
• Licensed in the state of Pennsylvania prior to employment.
• DEA and CPR Certification required prior to employment.
• Sponsorship available for select practices.
