Primary Care Assistant RN/LPN

Under the direction of the primary care operations team, the Primary Care Patient Care RN provides safe, effective, patient-centered care in collaboration with providers and the clinical team. Responsibilities include partnering with patients to drive quality outcomes, performing duties aligned with mission, values, and standards, and ensuring efficient care delivery. Position Details Location: Mercy Oncology (Hwy 102) Shift: Full-time Hours: Mon - Fri (7:00am - 5:00pm) Qualifications Education: Graduate of an accredited registered nursing programLicensure: RN or LPN license in the state or compact licensure meeting all requirementsPhysical demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks including reaching, bending, kneeling, and twisting Certifications Basic Life Support (BLS): Certification through the American Heart Association or within 30 days of hireAdditional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., C-EFM may be required based on department needs and obtained within specified timeframes Join a caring and collaborative team committed to innovation, technology, and compassion.
