Responsibilities include: partnering with patients and staff to improve quality outcomes, ensuring care aligns with mission, values, and standards, and performing duties in a systematic manner. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program, licensed as an LPN in the state, with a preference for 6 months of clinical primary care experience. Skills and Abilities: teamwork, excellent communication, customer service, organizational skills, flexibility, attention to detail, and ability to perform tasks independently. Physical requirements: ability to lift 50 pounds, prolonged standing and walking, and perform movements such as bending and reaching.
