About the Role

AdventHealth Medical Group, Rocky Mountain Region is seeking an experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team. This role is part of AdventHealth, a nationwide nonprofit connected system of care with a dedicated Primary Care division, leading in quality, safety, and patient satisfaction. The position focuses on extending the healing ministry of Christ by providing whole-person care to heal the mind, body, and spirit.

Responsibilities

• Model and lead excellence in clinical practice, doctor-patient relationships, and professionalism.
• Provide patient-focused care in collaboration with a robust network of specialists.
• Utilize EPIC, the integrated electronic health record system across all hospital and practice locations.
• Maintain AdventHealth’s Mission, Vision, and Values in all aspects of care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience relevant to Family Medicine (no new graduates).
• Completed undergraduate and master’s level nursing programs from an accredited school of nursing and passed state boards.
• Current, unrestricted full APN license to practice in Colorado.
• Current Colorado DEA Licensure.
• AANP or ANCC certification, or ability to become certified within 5 years of completion of Master’s Degree.
• For PAs: NCCPA Certification from an accredited PA Program and current, unrestricted PA License.
• American Heart Association BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Team player with a patient-first mindset.

Pay

Annual compensation: $162,805.

Reimbursement for costs of state licensure.
