About the role

Samaritan Health Services, an Oregon based non-profit integrated healthcare delivery system, is seeking a full-time Primary Care APC to join their Primary Care team in Corvallis, Oregon.

Responsibilities

  • Integrated care with strong clinical and administrative support.
  • Community-focused organization improving regional health outcomes.
  • Care for patients of all ages.
  • Flexible role with approximately 34 patient facing hours each week.
  • Telephone Call only, with nurse triage.

Requirements

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible NP or PA
  • Excellent clinical skills and communication skills.
  • Strong commitment to providing excellent care that is team oriented.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States

Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited program.
  • Current license to practice in the state of Oregon.
  • Experience in primary care preferred.
