About the role
Samaritan Health Services, an Oregon based non-profit integrated healthcare delivery system, is seeking a full-time Primary Care APC to join their Primary Care team in Corvallis, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Integrated care with strong clinical and administrative support.
- Community-focused organization improving regional health outcomes.
- Care for patients of all ages.
- Flexible role with approximately 34 patient facing hours each week.
- Telephone Call only, with nurse triage.
Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible NP or PA
- Excellent clinical skills and communication skills.
- Strong commitment to providing excellent care that is team oriented.
- Eligibility to work in the United States
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited program.
- Current license to practice in the state of Oregon.
- Experience in primary care preferred.
